I have been fighting for 3 months to get just one acceptance, they try to make you get tired and you will repair it when you are fine. They take all the money every month. When you pay someone to repair damage and I don't do it, what is it called?

I have a water leak problem that reaches my neighbor through the drain, they send an external technician who comes to take photos of both my bathroom and the neighbor's and after telling me that my company does cover it and that in a few days the bricklayer will have to call me to set some slabs and the painter to paint the neighbor, 2 weeks go by without calling me, and in the end I have to call and they tell me that they have called me from a 91 in Madrid (I had no call from Madrid) and that my insurance does not cover the leak because it is my wear and tear problem... I should call the technicians who came and they will give me a quote themselves... Why does one want home insurance if then Are you looking for any excuse?
